Where do you find your candidates?

The best source for our qualified candidates is word-of-mouth. With over 11 years experience providing qualified candidates to the insurance industry, our network of contacts is extensive. Task Force also recruits candidates through classified advertising, the Yellow pages, job boards, industry trade shows, recruitment events and our web site.

Do you place permanent as well as contract employees? What are your fees?

Yes. Task Force can help you find the right employee for your job openings through either a temp-to-hire or direct hire placement.

In a temp-to-hire arrangement, the client is charged an hourly rate for the employee. After the temporary has worked at the client company for 400 hours, Task Force waives the payroll transfer charge. You then may choose to convert the employee to your payroll at no additional charge.

In a direct hire arrangement, we locate the job candidate and they are subsequently hired by the client company. Our fees for this service are substantially lower than those of other recruiters.

Does Task Force guarantee its employees' performance?

Yes. If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your temporary, notify us within the first five days of the assignment and you will not be charged for the temporary's first day. On a fee-based placement, if the employee leaves voluntarily or is let go within the first 60 days, Task Force will reimburse 60 percent of the placement fee if we have not found a replacement within 21 days of notification of separation. For more information, see Our Guarantee.

How do you qualify the contract employees you place with our company?

Task Force has developed a unique system called Perfect Match. This comprehensive screening includes "fail-safe" processes to insure that the person we put into your position is effective and productive from their first to last day of work. Who is the employer of Task Force contract employees? Are they covered by insurance?

Task Force is the "employer of record." We handle payroll, social security, and state and federal unemployment taxes. We also provide employees workers' compensation, and errors and omissions insurance coverage. In addition, each employee is bonded.

Do we have to sign any contracts in order to work with Task Force?

None! Task Force does not require any kind of exclusive arrangement or contract. Our relationships with clients are partnerships built on mutual respect, honesty and integrity-and we consider it a privilege to work with your company. It's a bit old-fashioned, but we've found over the years that this is the most successful way to conduct business within a professional relationship. Of course, if you prefer a more formal arrangement, we will be happy to consider this.
