There is no mystery as to why client satisfaction ratings for Task Force employees exceed 90%. It's in the rigorous method we use to choose our candidates-the Perfect Match system.

The Perfect Match system uses five separate components to analyze specific insurance and medical service skills, and the personality traits our candidates possess. The most critical of these components are the Position Knowledge evaluation and the Personality Profile evaluation.

The Position Knowledge test measures the technical knowledge of the candidate and the Personality Profile reveals the candidate's attitude toward attendance, punctuality, quality of work, and total work ethic.

Combined with extensive reference checks, a skill sheet analysis, and a one-on-one interview, our Perfect Match system has proven to be a very effective program for matching the right person with the right position.

And that, simply stated, is our only objective.
